First, make sure the glasses are charged! If they aren't, put them in the charging case. A white LED light should pulse to indicate they're charging. More details about charging are outlined in this help article.
If the glasses ever seem to be frozen or not responding, try closing the legs completely and waiting for 10 seconds. Open the legs and try again.
If your glasses have stopped responding completely even after the above steps, we recommend trying to reset them. To do this, place the glasses inside the case. Make sure you follow our charging guide here to ensure the glasses are properly seated inside the case.
Find the small reset pin next to the USB-C charging port on the case. Insert a pin into the hole and press for 5 seconds. The charging port should flash red. See the video below for reference.
Once the reset is complete, take the glasses out and test to see if they respond.
